Peter Flottmann - Director

Peter Flottmann is the Managing Director of Synecon.

Peter has broad business experience over 27 years across the Australian agricultural supply chain from family farming interests in south-western NSW through to commercial and industry roles with commodity trading and food companies. His career appointments include Chief Executive Officer of  Grain Growers Ltd, Australia's largest producer based services company, Group Manager Agribusiness for Goodman Fielder Ltd and commodity trading roles with AWB Ltd and Continental Grain (Australia).

He has also served as a Director of BRI Australia and as Chairman of Agrecon and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He is a graduate of Monash Mt Eliza Business School and the Australian Rural Leadership Programme and is a Fellow of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation.

Peter is currently a member of Grain Trade Australia's arbitration panel.  His other previous industry representation includes council member, Australian Agribusiness Association, Executive Member, Australian Leadership network and a member of the Cotton Catchment Communities CRC Advisory Panel.
